Good news about rosemary!

Rosemary, just like juniper, is one of the most flammable plants grown in the foothills. I use them to get my burn pile really hot! Unfortunately many people grow them within the 30 foot defensible space zone! Well today I found the first rosemary bush I have seen pruned in a fire safe manner. Notice that it is pruned up so that a ground fire won’t ignite it. Also, it has no flammable plants besides it or above it. Kudos to the owner on Clifton Rd. in Groveland!
