Water in your crawl space?

I am currently working with clients in Groveland, CA with issues that arise in winter, especially erosion and water issues.

One of my clients has water in her crawl space and erosion all alongside her house. I’m trenching, installing drain pipe and installing a rock garden with firesafe perennials as a solution.

Another client  of mine had his crawl space  flooded in the March 22, 2018 storm (the propane floating down main street flood) after the wrong sump pump was installed.

The main issue is that homes are not properly landscaped. Sumppumps are a bandaid. Call me
me for a more permanent solution!
